How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your DogStreak account and all associated data by following these steps:
- Fill out the deletion request form below with your registered email address and name
- Confirm that you understand the consequences of deletion and have managed any active subscriptions
- Submit the form. We will contact you via email to confirm the deletion before we remove your data. After confirmation, your account will be deleted within 30 days
Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- 🗑️Account InformationEmail address and encrypted password
- 🗑️Profile InformationName, profile picture and country settings
- 🗑️Dog InformationAll dogs' names, breeds, birth dates and photos
- 🗑️Training & Competition DataAll logged results, statistics, exercises and achievements
- 🗑️Uploaded ImagesResult protocols, course maps and other uploaded files
- 🗑️Community DataLeaderboard entries, club affiliations and public profile
Data Retention Period
We will delete your personal data within 30 days after you have confirmed your deletion request via email. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., for tax or legal purposes), but will be deleted as soon as the legal retention period expires.
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your confirmation
Important: Subscription
If you have an active subscription, it must be cancelled separately!
Deleting your DogStreak account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it directly through App Store or Google Play to stop future payments.
